My life really isn't that interesting

So...it's been a long time. Not much new has happend. School is still sucky, but I'll be done in a year. Dan has a job interview in Delaware this week. I have to take him to the airport really early tommorow so I shouldn't be up writing this, but I'm bored. We're watching SpongeBob Square Pants. It's about procrastination, kind of makes me feel bad because I have to study for a quiz tommorow. Which means I should go.

I haven't written anything worth reading in awhile...been lazy/busy. Work still sucks...but it's money, and as of right now until payday I have a whoping $8.00 to my name, plus some $1900 on a credit card...kinda gets me down, but oh well, it'll get better.

So, exciting news... Dan moved in at the beginning of August. I guess he had kinda been living there already, but now all his stuff is there too. It's nice having him live with me. I feel a whole lot safer, seeing as how I live in "little Africa".

I've been bothered lately because one of my friends is very depressed. So depressed that they are thinking about suicide. They gave me all their sleeping pills so that they weren't tempted to take them, but refused to give me the exacto knife. I'm baffled as to what I should do. I don't want to forget about it and think they are joking around, and they would never do anything about it, because I couldn't imagine the guilt that I would feel if they did do something.

Not sure that made any sense. Hope it did. If anyone has any advice for me...please do tell.

Spent the weekend in Titonka with Dan's family. It was fun.

On friday we drove to Titonka with Terese, Dan's stepbrother's Girlfriend. Friday night we didn't really do too much. We went to Premier, a pizza place in Algona, it was very yummy. Afterwards we went to Bubba's Dad's place and sat around a fire and had a few beers.

So on Saturday Dan and I had dinner-aka Lunch for normal people- around noon with his Grandma. She's a very nice old lady. We had meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and corn. Very yummy.

After that we sat and chated for about an hour and a half. Then we went home and changed for the wedding. It was one of Dan's high school buddies. I still find it so weird that our friends are getting married and having babies already. It's crazy...

So we went to the reception afterwards and drank. Very fun, got to meet lots of Dan's friends. Got to see what Dan's ex girlfriend looked like...it was interesting...

So then today, Sunday, we got to sleep in, and then went to the Pizza Ranch in Algona for a family dinner. Dan has the cutest neices! Adorable...So then it was a long car ride home back to Coralville.

I guess that's all...not very interesting. I'm tired, i'm gonna go to bed!
